Robert Kuttner is co-founder and co-editor of The American Prospect and the Kirstein Chair at Brandeis University’s Heller School. Kuttner is author of 12 books on politics and economics, among which are the forthcoming The Stakes: 2020 and the Survival of American Democracy (2019), Can Democracy Survive Global Capitalism? (2018), and Debtors’ Prison: The Politics of Austerity Versus Possibility (2013).
