Dena Freeman

Dena Freeman is a political anthropologist whose work focuses on globalization, development, inequality and democracy.  He current project focuses on the politics of global policy making regarding the regulation of transnational corporations. She has carried out ethnographic research in a variety of locations, including in a remote village in rural Ethiopia, inside a large international development NGO, and at the United Nations. She is the author or editor of four books and dozens of articles in journals such as Global Policy and Global Society.
