David Brody

Professor of Design Studies, Parsons School of Design
David Brody is a Professor of Design Studies at Parsons. He is the author of Visualizing American Empire: Orientalism and Imperialism in the Philippines and more recently Housekeeping and Design: Hotels and Labor. Both books were published by the University of Chicago Press. He is currently working on a book project about representations of labor in American art.
